The Human Resources Partner is located in Dartmouth and reports to the Regional Vice President. Their primary focus is providing support to the operational teams in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island to support and facilitate key processes including employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, talent development, and other employee services. Regular travel to regional offices is a requirement of the position.

The successful candidate for this position is efficient, focused, organized, and willing to work within a fast-paced environment.
