Position Overview

Enhance HR effectiveness as the Human Resources Performance Improvement Manager. Focus on developing reporting measures, supporting process improvements, and optimizing performance tracking.

Your responsibilities will include designing performance tools, automating KPI dashboards, and improving data accuracy for reporting.
