**Position Summary**
Responsible for the administrative life cycle of collaborators, focusing on: Manage operational recruitment; Manage the information and payroll of employees and their changes through the use of Human Resources systems (IDSE, People Soft) adhering to legal obligations, according to Parker procedures and ethics, to contribute to the employee's well-being and achieve organizational goals.
**Responsibilities**
- Recruitment, selection and hiring of personnel.
- Follow-up with employment agencies for recruitment and billing.
