Summary You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION) in the Military Sealift Command (MSC), Total Force Management Program Office (N1) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND. Responsibilities You will conduct position classification and position management reviews of positions and organizational structures, explaining recommendations and determinations in order to defuse and resolve situations or disputes overs decisions.
