Summary You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION) in the Fleet Human Resources Office Norfolk Naval Shipyard of FLEET HRO NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will prepare and/or review position and job descriptions, conduct desk audits, write reports of findings, provide classification training and prepare evaluations. You will prepare responses to external program review findings and recommendations regarding sensitive issues. You will locate, interpret, analyze, and apply Position Classification Standards and Guides.
