Summary Human Resources Specialist (Human Resources Development) designs and manages programs associated with organizational and individual learning and career progression programs with direction from the Deputy Human Resources Center (HRC) Director (Training, Quality Assurance, & Data Analytics) and The Training, Quality Assurance, & Data Analytics Training Chief based on the needs of the staff and functional officials.
