Responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders to understand business goals and align HR strategies to support them.

• Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR policies, talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
• Drive initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, and culture.
• Support leadership in managing organizational change and continuous improvement.
• Coach managers on effective leadership, team dynamics, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and corporate policies related to day-to-day HR matters.
