Job Description
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and processing new hire paperwork.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to‑date employee records, including personnel files, time and attendance records, and benefit information.
- Assist with data entry and maintain employee databases.
- Answer employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist with enrollment processes.
