Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

- With at least 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or related functions Knowledgeable in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration

- Familiarity with labor laws and HR policies is an advantage

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
