As our newest HR System Administrator (Night Shift), you will support and enhance our global HR technology platforms, primarily SAP SuccessFactors and Litmos LMS. This role partners closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure system reliability, data accuracy, and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Administer and support SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Onboarding, and future phases e.g. Compensation).
• Oversee the Litmos LMS, including user access, content setup and creation, learning paths, and integrations with SuccessFactors.
• Maintain system configurations, workflows, business rules, roles, and security permissions.
• Ensure HR data accuracy, integrity, and compliance through audits and issue resolution.
• Generate HR reports and dashboards to support business and HR stakeholders.
