Position Overview
Our Client, an Automotive Aftermarket company, is looking for a Human Resources for their Troy, MI location. Responsibilities:
+ Immigration Case Management (Primary Focus):
+ Serve as the primary liaison between employees and external immigration counsel
+ Coordinate and track employment-based immigration cases (e.g., H-1B, L-1, PERM, green card processes)
+ Ensure 100% compliance with U.S. immigration laws and company policies
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date immigration records across two company entities
+ Monitor case timelines and proactively follow up to ensure timely document submission and processing
+ Communicate clearly with employees about case status, documentation requirements, and deadlines
+ Partner with HR, legal, and external counsel to resolve issues and escalate concerns as needed
