Job Summary

The HVAC Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all HVAC installation works on interior fit-out projects, ensuring systems are installed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. The role includes managing site technicians, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Execution
  • Supervise HVAC fit-out works including ducting, chilled water piping, DX systems, VRF/VRV, FCUs, AHUs, exhaust and fresh air systems .
  • Ensure installations follow approved shop drawings, layouts, and method statements .
  • Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower, tools, and equipment.
  • Oversee installation of ductwork, insulation, dampers, diffusers, grilles, pipes, valves, supports, and vibration isolators.
