Job Description
To maintain all boilers, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration system and all associated equipment, to its maximum capability at journeyman level. To operate energy management control system in an efficient manner.

This position is designated essential personnel for emergency closings. The holder of this position is also subject serving on a schedule to be called back to work during non-work hours. In such an event, this position is required to respond to after-hours calls and will carry an ODU cell phone on a rotational basis.
