Must have over three years experience in residential/light commercial installation work. Positive attitude is a must. Physical health and ability is important. Will be required to lift heavy equipment and work in unconditioned spaces. Good interpersonal skills are essential. Need to be a team player, motivated to exceed, respectful of fellow employees and management, and have good customer service skills. Ability to work independently, efficiently, and start jobs by yourself is essential.
