Responsibilities


+ Performs preventive and corrective maintenance and services on a variety of HVAC/R systems. Identifies problem areas, material and labor required to conduct the repair.

+ Completes repairs in a timely manner.

+ Uses a Computer Maintenance Management System (Maximo) to correctly capture data related to maintenance work orders, preventative maintenance inspections, and emergency/urgent customer requests.
