Role Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales and margin targets assigned by management.
• Identify, develop, and secure new project opportunities within the commercial HVAC market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with M&E contractors, consultants, developers, owners, and end users.
• Develop project pipelines and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.

Consultant & Specification Management

• Promote Carrier solutions to consulting engineers and project stakeholders.
• Drive specification inclusion for chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.
• Conduct technical presentations and product briefings.
• Support consultants in equipment selection and technical evaluations.

Project & Tender Management

• Manage projects from opportunity identification through order closure.
