About the Role:

The HVAC Punchout Mechanic plays a critical role in ensuring the successful completion and operational readiness of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems at various residential project sites. This position focuses on the final inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of HVAC installations to verify compliance with design specifications and quality standards. The mechanic will identify and resolve any deficiencies or issues before project handover, ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely. Collaboration with foremen, and other trades is essential to coordinate punchout activities and maintain project timelines.
