Responsibilities

• Assigned primary service accounts and responsible for executing contract maintenance visits, inspections, site assessments, service requests and recommending necessary upgrades or repairs to prolong equipment life cycle.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers through effective oral and written communication skills via phone, computer, and face‑to‑face.
• Provide quote estimates for labor and material repairs and upgrades as needed.
