Position Overview
**Role Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinates, prioritizes and resolves issues encountered by an experienced team.
+ Optimizes the usage of manpower, standard time, equipment and energy of more experienced team.
+ Escalates critical/complex issues that will impact the business.
+ Manages more experienced team according to established programs and objectives.
+ Responds to key customer complaints and carries out customer satisfaction investigations to ensure establishment of appropriate improvement plans.
+ Execution of service agreements and service repair
**Minimum Requirements:**
**Requirements**
+ Solid experience of people management duties eg such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution
+ Specialized knowledge of M&E technical or operational practices
+ University Degree in M&E Engineering is preferred
+ Minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience
