**Job Title: HVAC Service Technician**

**Job Description**

The HVAC Service Technician performs maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, including air handlers, cooling towers, chillers, and rooftop units (RTUs) across facilities such as hospitals and data centers. This role requires strong technical skills, effective customer communication, and the ability to diagnose issues, complete repairs, and clearly explain work performed and recommended solutions.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform HVAC service, troubleshooting, and repair on air handlers, cooling towers, chillers, condensers, rooftop units (RTUs), and other HVAC equipment in commercial, industrial, hospital, and data center environments.
