Job Purpose

The HVAC Technician is responsible for carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPM), corrective maintenance, reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and associated mechanical equipment. The role ensures the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all HVAC assets while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer service. The incumbent shall perform maintenance activities in accordance with company policies, statutory regulations, manufacturer’s recommendations, and industry best practices to ensure uninterrupted HVAC equipment operations.

Reporting Relationship

Reports directly to the HVAC Supervisor or Maintenance Supervisor. Works independently with minimum supervision or collaboratively as part of the Facilities Maintenance Team. Coordinates with Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, ELV and other maintenance personnel to ensure smooth facility operat...
