**Job Title:** HVAC Technician

**Purpose and Scope:**
This position will perform various activities to provide preventative maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment as outlined in the requirements of a USAF contract. Under general direction and/or using detailed procedures and/or work instructions, perform simple and routine tasks or tests within, but not necessarily limited to, the area of HVACR maintenance work.

**Essential Responsibilities:**
Perform the following activities under specific direction in accordance with established procedures:

+ Assist with or perform maintenance of high- and low-pressure steam heating system as instruction allows.
+ Assist with or perform installation, servicing and repairing of systems as instruction allows. Will need to check belts and change filters as required.
