Job Scope (Primary Responsibility) Main focus:

- Blast freezer systems (defrost-critical)
- Chiller systems / cooling tunnels
- Ice room & process cooling
Secondary: - Aircon systems (including Mitsubishi - basic to intermediate)
Critical Skills (MANDATORY) 1. Strong Refrigeration Troubleshooting (core requirement) Candidate must be able to independently diagnose and fix:
- System not reaching temperature
- Intermittent cooling / unstable temperature
- Ice buildup / defrost failure
- High / Low pressure issues
- Refrigerant-related faults
Must be able to understand:
- Refrigeration cycle (practical, not theory only)
- Superheat / basic charging logic
- System behavior under load
