We are seeking a **_HVAC Technician_** whose primary duty is to repair and maintain the heating, ventilation and cooling systems for all Peabody buildings maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. Working in partnership with outside contractors and vendors, ensures the safe and efficient operation of the equipment. This position also performs a variety of additional duties in support of the maintenance operation of Peabody which consists of 11 buildings and 6 performance halls.

**Specific Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Will operate, maintain, repair and make adjustment to all HVAC systems on the Peabody campus to include water source heat pumps, window air conditioners, split systems, boilers, hot water heaters, fan coil units, cooling towers, pumps, chillers, and automatic temperature control systems.
