**Job Title: HVAC Technician**
**Job Description**
The HVAC Technician is responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures, performing preventive maintenance work, and utilizing multi-skill capabilities to undertake other delegated tasks. The role involves routine mechanical tasks and preventive maintenance procedures on clean air centers, bio safety cabinets, and HEPA filters, including equipment decontamination throughout Lake County Operations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventive maintenance work as assigned and utilize multi-skill capabilities and expertise for additional tasks.
+ Conduct routine mechanical tasks and PM procedures on clean air centers, bio safety cabinets, and HEPA filters.
+ Decontaminate equipment and facilities.
+ Take on more complex assignments with experience, including those indicated under Senior Environmental Technician.
