We are looking for a **HW Test Engineer** to join our R&D team in Nedre Vats or Oslo and play a key role in early-phase **New Product Development (NPD)**. You will test hardware modules and sub-assemblies, uncover risks early, and help shape robust, high-quality products.

- Plan and execute hardware tests for modules and sub-assemblies
- Set up and run lab testing, rigs, and instrumentation
- Analyze results and identify failures, trends, and improvement areas
- Support root cause investigations and validation of design changes
- Work closely with hardware engineers to provide fast, actionable feedback
