Sympa is seeking a hands-on Chief Information Security Officer to shape and scale security, compliance, and IT governance in a growing SaaS company. You will own ISO 27001/9001, lead risk management, and oversee internal IT services as the organization scales.

Collaboration with Engineering, Legal, and Leadership is essential for secure product delivery. You will build and lead a small team, drive audits and vendor governance, and shape a culture of security, quality, and continuous improvement
