Senior Hybrid Energy Engineer

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a Senior Hybrid Energy Engineer to join their team in Cape Town.

Responsibilities :

1. Project Development:
   • Review and approve technical documents for environmental approvals, project appeals, and site selection.
   • Conduct and report on site visits.
   • Perform technical due diligence on prospective project acquisitions.
   • Provide strategic input on development and business strategies.
   • Develop and review yield and cost estimations.
   • Contribute to writing technical methods and procedures.
2. Bid Preparations and Project Closing:
   • Analyze tender rules and contracts.
   • Optimize hybrid system sizing and augmentation strategies.
   • Conduct dispatch modelling and optimize LCOS and LCOE.
