A state agency is seeking a Software Application Developer to join their team in Hartford, CT onsite twice per week.
This resource will be joining a project team and directly support a major legacy to cloud modernization initiative by implementing and maintaining both server‑side and user‑interface components within a .NET Framework 4.8 environment using Visual Studio 2022. This full‑stack role involves developing C# and ASP.NET MVC applications, building Razor‑based UI features, and managing background jobs and scheduled tasks while leveraging Entity Framework or ADO.NET for direct database integration. The developer will work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and data engineers to analyze requirements, document technical designs, collaborate on ETL/SSIS processes, and validate data flows across Azure SQL/SQL Server systems.
