Description:

Senior-level Java engineer dedicated to improving engineering efficiency across multiple application teams. DevOps role, role focuses on increasing developer productivity, code quality, CI/CD maturity, and operational excellence, with a strong emphasis on integrating AI-assisted development tools. The consultant will rotate across teams, assess codebases and workflows, and deliver production-ready pull requests that automate processes, reduce technical debt, optimize pipelines, and standardize best practices. Environment includes Java/Spring Boot microservices deployed on AWS ECS, PostgreSQL databases, Angular frontend, Docker-based containerization, and modern CI/CD tooling.
