Responsible for implementing and maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards across all hotel departments, particularly in food and beverage areas.Oversees compliance with local health regulations and brand safety standards, conducts regular inspections, and trains staff on hygiene practices.Works closely with Culinary, Stewarding, and Housekeeping teams to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests and colleagues.Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar managerial role at an international branded hotel.
Fluency in spoken and written English required. Strong interpersonal skills, good problem solving and administrative skills, and high competency in Microsoft Office.
