Conducts routine inspections of kitchen areas, restaurants, bars, receiving areas, food storage facilities, bottling room, employee facilities, and other HACCP-covered areas; performs food safety monitoring and compliance checks, and monitors compliance with HACCP, GMP, GHP, sanitation, and allergen management.
Maintains, reviews, organizes, and verifies HACCP records; monitors completion and accuracy of HACCP monitoring; prepares hygiene-related reports, summaries, presentations, and documentation.
Assists in the implementation of food, environmental, and microbiological sampling programs; conducts daily bottled water sample collection; investigates foreign‑object complaints; monitors food deliveries and receiving activities to ensure compliance with food safety requirements.
