Position Overview
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
β’ Document IAM processes
β’ Educate users on IAM processes
β’ Troubleshoot end user issues in accessing IT systems
β’ Analyze, document & resolve IAM tickets
β’ Generate & re-route non-IAM tickets
β’ Provision & de-provision access to BlackBox systems
β’ Modify end-user identity information within BlackBox systems
β’ Build Access Models in new systems
β’ Roll-out access related projects
β’ Generate scripts to help manage access activities
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
β’ Working knowledge of IT and of IT Service/Help Desk processes
β’ Familiarity with basic Security & Compliance concepts
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication
β’ Ability to explore and rapidly understand system functionality with little to no guidance
