Position Overview

            Role:  IAM Program Manager

Location: McLean, VA

Contract 9 months

Hybrid 3 days onsite a week

Job Description:

1st priority

Design this repository – architect & build – tooling is TBD (confluence, github, whichever)

Pulling artifacts across form all pillars – apply a consistent taxonomy and metadata

Future proof this stuff, already optimized for RAG based LLM

Risk partners, audit partners

2nd priority

Something sustainable, establishing ownership metrics – artifact champions for each IAM pillar

Document some type of governance cadence

3rd priority

A lot of dashboards providing a lot of data

Build how to guides for partners to run those dashboards themselves rather than engage their tech leads
