The Role

At Omniscience, teaching is inseparable from strategy. You will not deliver a syllabus to a class of thirty; you will design, execute, and continuously refine a complete educational pathway in Biology for each student in your care — as part of a coordinated team working towards exceptional results.

The successful candidate will:

• Design personalised educational pathways in Biology for each student: the academic route, sequencing of content, target outcomes, and preparation strategy from enrolment through to final IB examinations and university entry.
• Deliver the IB Diploma Programme Biology course (Higher and Standard Level) through one-to-one and small-group instruction, adapting pace, depth, and method to the individual student.
