We're looking for a smart, customer-obsessed innovator and owner to join our Operations Team.
The Area Manager is responsible for managing a team and facilitating the flow of information across multiple stakeholders to resolve issues that impact customer experience and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
Collaborate with all support teams including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives.
Lift up to 22 kg and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
Stand or walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
