Eligibility:

• Master’s degree in English / English Literature / Language Arts / Education
• Mandatory teaching certification such as B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent
• Strong command of written and spoken English

Teaching Experience

• Typically 3–7 years of teaching experience in secondary/senior secondary levels
• Prior experience in IB DP / MYP or Cambridge IGCSE is strongly preferred
• Experience handling English Language & Literature (HL/SL) students

IB Curriculum Competency

• Familiarity with IB philosophy and learner profile
• Understanding of:
• Inquiry-based and concept-driven learning
• Internal Assessment (IA), External Assessment structure
• TOK-related critical thinking approach
• Training in IB workshops (Category 1/2/3 English) is an added advantage
