SKILLS REQUIRED

• Strong experience with Operative IBMS (BMS) support.
• Knowledge of Broadcast/Media workflows – Scheduling, Ad Sales, Traffic, and Billing.
• Hands‑on SQL and database troubleshooting experience (mandatory ).
• Experience in Helpdesk / EUC Support environments.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA , or similar ticketing tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Understanding of Infrastructure/EUC technologies, including VDI and VPN .
