Overview
Our French based client is now searching for an IC Test Leader to lead the digital & mixed-signal test department. The role will involve leading a small team of engineers to help to develop industrial test solutions for complex digital and mixed-signal ICs across sectors like automotive, consumer, and defence, using V93K ATE systems in Toulouse.
Responsibilities
- Assess customer RFQs and define technical solutions
- Specify test hardware (loadboards, probe cards)
- Develop and qualify test programs for characterisation and production
- Manage projects in close collaboration with customers
- Build team expertise on V93K (SMT7/SMT8) platforms
- Support production when needed
- Contribute to ATE strategy and roadmap
- Lead, mentor, and grow the team
