CabCall Experts (CCE) is expanding and looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) with proven experience using the iCabbi / autocab taxi dispatch system .

Key Responsibilities
Handling inbound customer calls and booking requests.
Managing bookings and amendments through the system.
Assisting drivers and customers with queries and journey updates.
Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
Working closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Previous experience using iCabbi / autocab is preferred.
Experience in the taxi, transport, or private hire industry.
