Title: Iceberg Lettuce Foreperson

Reports to: Harvesting Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor

Summary/objective:

In charge of crew recruitment every morning, daily assistance, manages rehires, leaves of absence, voluntary quits and anything that has to do with maintaining statuses up to date with office. Essential functions: (to include supervisory responsibilities – if applicable)
