Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities: 
Develop Design Reports for the various stages of the project. 
Prepare high level cost estimates. 
Design and develop technical specification for building services systems, including: 
Fire Detection and Voice Evacuation Systems 
Audio Visual and Background Music 
Data and Structured Cabling Networks 
PABX and communication systems 
Building Management Systems (BMS) 
Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS) 
Security and CCTV 
Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) 
High Voltage Fence 
Smart Buildings (IOT) 
Develop detailed and coordinated service drawings and layouts using AutoCAD  (Revit/BIM skills are a plus). 
Conduct system integration across disciplines to ensure functional and efficient building designs.
