Scope: Your role will manage Business Finland's ICT infrastructure, core IT, service desk, software and device lifecycle, IT budget and procurement.

• Lead the ICT infrastructure and base IT (data centres, cloud, end‑point devices and information security).
• Direct and improve service desk operations and ensure quality end‑user support (levels 1–3).
• Manage the IT budget, costs and purchases, including leasing and asset management.
• Handle software and licence management, especially Microsoft environments.
