Propose customized ICT/DICT solutions and connectivity services for corporate customers.
Participate in the entire project lifecycle from pre‑sales to production, including requirement studies, presentations, training, on‑site support, and implementation assurance.
Develop technical solutions and respond to RFIs, RFPs, and proposals from corporate customers.
Influence customer technical requirements and strategically position the company's telecommunications services.
Coordinate with agents, suppliers, headquarters, and branch offices, and provide training to the internal Sales Team.
Coordinate project implementation, system configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance with related parties.
Maintain quality customer services and build long‑term loyalty among customers.
