Job Summary

This role manages end‑to‑end procurement and delivery processes, including raising and approving Purchase Orders (POs) for Buy‑to‑Consume and Buy‑to‑Sell scenarios in SAP.

Responsibilities

• Raise and manage Purchase Orders for Buy‑to‑Consume and Buy‑to‑Sell scenarios and oversee PO approvals.
• Process purchase orders directly via vendor portals (Cisco, HPE, Akamai).
• Track order deliveries, manage and communicate delivery ETAs, and handle back‑order items.
• Accurately process Goods Receipting Notices (GRN) for partially or fully delivered items or services.
• Manage the end‑to‑end return process.
• Produce concise business reports, including back‑order reports.
