Job Title: ICT Test Technician
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ICT Test Technician with extensive expertise in electronics manufacturing and test environments. This role involves collaboration with design engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure effective testing and quality assurance processes.
Responsibilities

+ Develop, implement, and optimize ICT test programs.

+ Set up, configure, and maintain ICT equipment.

+ Diagnose ICT failures using output files, multimeters, bridges, oscilloscopes, VNAs, and DMMs.

+ Troubleshoot electronic circuits and identify solder defects using IPC-610 standards.

+ Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

+ Maintain ICT test documentation, test plans, and setup instructions.

+ Record failure reasons in ICT database and analyze first-pass yield and final yield.

+ Generate weekly Excel reports on ICT rework and work in progress...
