Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models of interior design concepts and layouts during the design phase.
• Create and refine design elements in the BIM environment including floor plans elevations sections and interior details.
• Work with the design team to ensure design intent is accurately translated into the BIM model.
• Provide technical expertise in modeling interior elements such as walls furniture fixtures finishes and materials.
• Coordinate with architects designers and other consultants to ensure integration of interior design elements with other project disciplines.
• Assist in resolving design conflicts by providing BIMdriven solutions during the design stage.
• Ensure that all team members have access to uptodate and coordinated BIM models drawings and documents.
