Position Overview

Equans Chile is looking for an IGA Engineer to design, implement and lead initiatives to automate the digital identity lifecycle, strengthen organizational security, and optimize access governance across all business units and countries where the company operates.

Responsibilities

• Design and automate identity lifecycle processes.
• Lead governance and security initiatives related to digital identities.
• Ensure secure, scalable, consistent access to critical systems and data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) with practical experience in development, configuration, and maintenance of IGA tools.
• Advanced English (required).
• Solid knowledge of identity lifecycle management: provisioning, role management, access certification, rights review.
