Work Schedule: Full Time, 40.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Pay: $30.24 - $45.36 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary:
Maintains assigned basic medical imaging equipment and support systems.

Responsibilities:
Responds to basic support requests. Interviews customer to determine nature and scope of the customer's issue, and the appropriate response.

Diagnoses, resolves and closes basic medical imaging equipment issues according to service level guidelines. Promptly escalates issues to higher level technical support or management when necessary.

Performs routine image quality and safety checks, calibrations, and preventative maintenance on basic medical imaging equipment and support systems.
