• Prepare, sort, and index hard copy records for scanning per client-specific instructions
  
• Scan documents to electronic format using scanning hardware and third-party software
  
• Re-assemble and maintain records in original order after scanning
  
• Perform quality checks of scanned files; identify and correct errors
  
• Enter data manually for validation and verification as needed
